This delicious lasagna—featuring thin slices of zucchini layered with a turkey bolognese—is our go-to favorite.

Stems containing long upright leaves, small broccoli-like clusters and small yellow flowers are among the most versatile winter greens. Combined with slivers of sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, and pine nuts over orecchiette pasta, it makes a classic Italian dish.
